Well, this morning I got a pplan picking up in Salem, VA tomorrow morning, so the point turns out to be moot.
I stopped at the Pilot in Greenville, called a DM in Fontana and asked that the macro's be done for the repositioning load and to be dispatched on my next load.
    Done and done.
    Simple as potato salad.

And you know, 450 miles a day can get you a decent paycheck - if you can average it weekly.
    That's over 3k per week.

what?!?! no happy fathers day to me? j/k

Stopped in Rhome TX for the night, I get live unloaded tomorrow at the Miller brewing place in Fort Worth then heading over to the Lancaster terminal to see if they can look at my truck to fix this #### A/C, my bunk wont blow cool air at all and its warm and humid as hell in Texas right now, my DL said as a company driver I have to get the truck serviced at terminals so I agreed and said ok. PTA now set for 23:59 tomorrow until I reset it depending on if they can see it or not. Also going to try and get some training's done that im required to do and just get everything done in one whack, I guess I have to do another "road test" because of my accident, doesnt bother me since those are simple....make one mistake and they have to see if you can drive still lol. Also have to do a log class which I dont see why and also a simulator class. Think thats all I have required so far for the next few months

Wolfy, not another road test but the local close quarters class, unless they have changed procedures lately.

not sure, when I asked what the class was called he said was listed he told me it was like when I did the road test, cant remember what its called but its 4 letters.

what did the local close quarters class do? I dont mind any driving test, I know I can drive and stuff, I just made a mistake I hope to never do again.

They call it LCQT or something like that. When I took it years ago I had to spend a shift with a local driver mentor. But I think they have changed it now.

Have them check the air filter for the cab. If it gets too dirty you will lose airflow and cooling.

The log class is required, and it just reminds you of how to do things correctly.

The sim classes come up once a year or so. And you should learn something from every one.
Because they are designed to make you fail, in some way.

If you can drive through the simulator with zero errors... my hat's off to you.
I did it, once. But that was probably because I was going too slow (as in under the speed limit) and when a steer tire blew I had plenty of time to recover.
A couple other times I didn't do as well.

It's not really a test, but some instruction.

You will drive around in town a bit with some tight turns, and do a back or two, while the instructor gives you helpful hints and observations.
