Has a nice easy drive today. Stopped in Mathews Mo. Got 245 miles to go. I let them know I would be in LR sometime tomorrow morning. I have no info on the repower yet. So I get a call an am asked what time I was going to be in LR tonight.....I said I am not!...lol

Yeah, I know what you are talking about. I think that I have settled on my favorite time- or shift- to drive, or whatever you want to call it. I like starting around 1-2a.m and being done for the day by 3-4pm. The drive during the graveyard shift hours of around 1:00-4:00 is usually one of the most pleasant and easy-going drives that we can do. I can go whatever cruise speed I want to and there is nobody riding my --- screaming on the cb and such, there are hardly any 4 wheelers to do the stupid stuff that 4 wheelers do during rush hour traffic, ect. I just sip my coffee, crank Sarge's Favorite Music (LMAO!) and DRIVE. And when its quittin time, there is plenty of parking anywhere I go, and no wait for a shower and dinner. JXU417 is a HAPPY CAMPER if my day goes as such!

Found that I am the only one who opted to stay in their truck. After meeting some of the others in the class, I think it was a good move. Am at Walmart now buying an extension cord.for.my shore power.
