Checking the bus ticket home box will depend on your credibility as an instructor/trainer. If you are just starting to train/instruct they will troubleshoot your operation to the ends of the earth. Once you are established, just present your evaluation and they will most likely take your recommendation. The more successful students you produce, the better your rep is. Those feedback forms from the students help as well.

 

You SE and all others who have drove for the Military have more exp than any OTR driver Has with just a few years under their belt. TY for the service

 

I feel ya, I drove for CRST back in '08 and my first co-driver was dumb as a box of rocks, got a speeding and no seat-belt ticket in OHIO I did all the route planing and such.... some guys get in to trucking for the wrong reasons.
