Your a lucky wanna be. Werner has top of the line trucks. Suck it up, Listen for however it is now. Other carriers trucks are less well equipped. I had 27 years when I started for them. It was a good place to be. If some drivers are not complaining, their thinking about it. Best of luck!

Don't listen to the naysayers on here, there are a lot of folks that are happy with Werner. You are young and landed a dang good job for a 23 year old. In 18 months, you will be making a lot more money than a lot of folks your age. You got your foot in the door, thats all you needed, now get that year done, then assess where you want to go from there.

Don't get super excited bro. The good thing is, now you have a job. Listen to the trainer, don't complain about little things. Suck up all the bad things, once with a little experience, change companies.
