when i look for place to drive for the pay is number 01 the schedule hometime is 2 and truck is 3. if the truck is a peice of siht i wont even bother. driving a old worn out beat up truck wont help ur chances with keeping csa clean. theres really no reason for a company giving a new hire a pos. Ive dealt with it many times. I dont expect a brand new cherry but #### give me something that does look like u pulled it outta the junk yard.

They didn't misunderstand you , not a bit .. You came in the door making a demand for a new truck cause you didn't want to clean up a older one to your standards .. You thought that by being clean you would get gravitas but it didn't happen so the company is bad because of it .

I think if anything you MISUNDERSTOOD the economy were in and the current unemployment rate this country is in ...

Just because you might be an experienced driver, you are a new driver at a new company. I won't drive unsafe equipment, but going to a new job demanding a new truck is a bit over the top.

Actually, I would like to learn about NAPA. Does anybody besides this hot head who was too classy for NAPA know anything about them?

Stay away from Butler out of Kansas City, they are the scum of all scum, they will take money out of your pay for repairs on their trucks I had a problem with the reefer unit it cost $315 for repair, that came out of my check, they say they pay you.34 cpm but when you get your check they are only paying you.23cpm, they charge you for orientation, which they say they tell you that so many lies the recruiters tell you,
