Brand new head gasket leaking coolant externally

    Did you have head checked? I got a new cat casting and was told by machine shop that they have not seen one true from cat, mine was off by 7 thousandth and cat claimed head bolts will pull it down!! Had it surfaced to be safe. Good luck

    Is it under spacer plate If it is it is either one of the 24 seals missing or improperly installed, cracked liner from improper liner protrusion, or the top seal ring on liner got pinched on install.
