Trainer should provide sheets? Student sleeps in trainers bed? I don't think so. Sheets and blankets are fine, sleeping bags are fine. I let students bring whatever they wanted but they had to sleep with it.

So far so good. Monday was paperwork, physical test, drug test and then classroom the rest of the day. Today, it was more classroom in the morning focusing on the Roehl way of driving. We did a little bit of straight backing before lunch and then spent the afternoon on more backing. Assuming they get the drug test results in the morning, it sounds like we'll be doing some road driving tomorrow.

I am very happy with my choice to go with Roehl so far.

Good to hear good news AZNoobie. I am going with Roehl also. I start Phase I in August. Going for my DOT next week. They sent my pre hire for the 7on 7off Reefer division out of Ohio. What are you getting into? GOOD LUCK!

Started out with six guys and just lost another one today so now we're down to four and a third may be getting the boot tomorrow. So far, everything is going well except for the whole trip planning thing. I know I'll figure it out in time but kinda scratching my head right now.

PM me with any specific questions, not sure how much info I can put on here.

Don't stress too much on trip planning, it's much easier when you're actually out on the road doing it.
