Apply anywhere you like. Some are going to say no, some are going to say yes.

This is kind of like chasing women. You go out on Friday night and you have your standards... you are coming he with a supermodel... then the night goes on and you are still alone so you begin to lower your standards a little bit, then closing time approaches and the next thing you know you are settling for best available.

You never know when it is closing time on a Friday night for some of these carriers. Often they list their wants and call them requirements, but if they need drivers and they are not getting the ones who meet their wants, they will often lower the bar and take the best of those who apply.
