After realizing the starter companies are pretty much all the same, I went with a dedicated account for Werner. I lucked out and got a really good trainer though. I am going to pay my dues for a year, then start looking at a local account. That's the plan I made since I first walked into Premier anyway. Everything has gone really well so far. My student hours are up next week, should be testing out around the 1st of the month.
I used a WIA grant to pay tuition, so I didn't have to sign up as an "indentured servant" with anyone. Maybe that makes a difference, but I am just speculating. From what I hear, any of them are better than CR England.
