you said a mouthful there.Afterall most if not all get paid comission. So of course they're going to say what you wanna hear. They have their rehearsed speech memorize.Which would'nt be bad if they knew anything about trucking.

broketrucker, welcomes can be worn thin very easily sometimes.
Occasionally, it helps to clarify for us, whom your speaking about. Before soft stinky things hit the proverbial blades of distribution. -
Thats why I sent him a email saying I was not trying to bash him and said I was sorry I am not trying to talk crap we all are professional drivers and go thru the same crap everyday you have to understand where I am coming from when a recruiter tells you everything is good tell them you quit and drive all the way there to have him tell me what he did like we are just dumb truck drivers

But according to that show on the weather channel..."that's where the money is"........

Do you really think a good company would need recruiters? I don't. Can you please explain to me why the truck stop magazines are full of the same ads month after month? Here is my opinion. The reason they need recruiters is because they can't keep drivers. I have yet to see a good company that has recruiters.
Feel free to tell me what company you work and recruit for.
Driver's, if a company has recruiters, avoid them. It's just that simple -
I've worked for Sharkey for a year and its not that bad of a company. In my opinion they do have some older folks they should just retire but that's jacks way. Once your here your here for life. It's a old school trucking company in my eyes.
Ive never seen a company that DOESN'T have some type of a recruiter. Maybe their official title isn't recruiter but in the end that's what they really are.
You say to avoid companies with recruiters. So who do you suggest we drive for? Farmer bob down the street running his 3 million mile Pete held together by duct tape and bailing wire? No insurance offered or benefits but hey no recruiters! /sarcasm/truckinmike1984 and TheTruckDriver Thank this.
