GSTC - will trash your DAC !!

First off you must be a real push-over or Company Man ! Guess you want those bonus's from other incoming drivers enough to lie to people ! All thier frieght goes from around IOWA to the East Coast , ALWAYS !! 1/2 of thier trucks have over 500,000 miles on them & the garage & Tom decide what will be repaired on them . The other 1/2 are newer Volvo's & none of the trucks have an "APU" of anykind ! But they expect you to shut the truck off no matter the weather . I spoke to one driver that had a 3.4% idle time & told me that he slept in his clothes & 2 sleeping bags . I really doubt he got very good sleep like that ! I personnally was layed-over outside of Boston for 70 hours , only was paid 2 days lay-over @ $25.00/day because I was not there for 72 hours ! $25.00/day barely covers your food now-a-days let alone anything for the drivers trouble ! So you tell anyone anything you want , just sleep well after you are done (Driveforever21) . You have been trucking for 3 years & think it is great , hope you have the same thoughts 24 more years from now ! I am glad you think they are a great place to work , just try quitting ! MaryKay is famous for trashing DAC's ! Good luck newbie !

 

Typical 2 week wonder "Super-trucker" , you have been on the job 3 years & know it all ! I rest my case ! I always tell it like it was , I have nothing to hide ! Some people may like GSTC , but not all will agree , Luckily for them there is drivers like you !

 

I really hate it when another driver attacks a post on here ! I have always said exactly what had happened to me , without stretching the truth . As other past drivers of GSTC have agreed , they USE to be a GOOD company when the original owner ran it . But now that TOM runs the place it is a bottom - feeder company that not alot of people wish to drive for , I said "alot" not "no-one" . But , since I am not with them any longer , this must mean I am telling bad stories about them ! I guess every one is entitled to thier own opinion " Right or Wrong " , but if you disagree , that does not give you the right to attack another on here ! Say your peace as you wish & be gone , let the readers decide what they want about a post ! NO-ONE has the right to tell me I am a liar , or should anyone turn thisintoa mud slinging contest !
