Get real, there's no court case... Nothing in writing, no proof. Schneider would hang him upside down and take every penny he has in fees.

I wonder how quick you would have passed, had you accepted the van job?
A Physical,is a physical, but just look at some of these drivers we have out
here.I wonder every day how some of these guys keep a med card?
Not poking fun at any of them, but come on.Some of the overweight guys
out here can barely walk in to go to the potty from the fuel island.
OP your story sounds right up the old orange pooper alley.
I documented, and did a pretty long write up on My Time With Schneider.
They oversold your spot, and tried to stiff arm you into another spot.
With,or without a bad physical, you could have ended up another pissed off
    62 mph punkin driver.You got lucky!!:biggrin_25525:

Bait and switch is SNI's #1 tatic they LOVE to do it. Did it to me. Did it to the ex hubby, did it to a friend of mine. They promise you awesome paying home weekly/nightly gigs whom suddenly fill up once you hit or are finished orientation then its oh well you can go van for us till a spot opens.

Ex hubby did that, he had a friend working the account he wanted to work, hubby was supposed to be "first on the list" to get on that gig after orientation when they told him it was full. Its full but you are "first on the list" when a spot opens just go do OTR van till a spot opens, so he does. 11 other drivers were put into that gig he was first on the list for in the 9 months between when he started and when he finally quit their lying bs company.

For the record you aren't missing much, that stupid company will send you to Laredo sit you there for 2 days and then be all up your ### if you idle. You got better stuff to do then run 60 all the time with your DM up your ### about every little number trust me.

Exactly. I didn't say there was a court case. I am real. Pay attention to what you read. Your point about SNI is correct though.

That sounds like a rigged test to me. I've had four stress tests in the past and anyone can be pushed to raise their pulse rate up into the 170's. If they were coaching you or pushing you it can easily be done. With a stress test they want you up there before they inject you.

This is from heart.org excercise chart target rates

Sounds like a Time Share sales tactic, surprised it was just an offer to "Drive van", and not a full blown lease purchase push.

The A-hole sounded that way because he knew the drill, bring in drivers short on cash and hundreds of miles from home, the casually "remind" them that they are unemployed and broke.

Your homework should have been with "several" TX Oil Field companies, and an A B C plan, and enough cash to survive a couple months while searching.

That's what I was thinking, stop the test at 165, okay you passed. Keep going and stop it at 169, sorry you failed. According to all the heart rate charts there is nothing wrong with this rate.

They come up with new scams everyday! :)

Like I said, I do like KLLM. But they are only pet friendly if you are leasing a truck. And I am not looking to be OTR for that amount of time. I didn't want to commit to a lease knowing it would be short term.
