like I've always said. I do what I do I get what I get. The only numbers I worry about are in my savings account.
my performance score is not that good this quarter. When you take two weeks off and then take a short week to go to a wedding it just kills your miles per day. But I will still end up with three or four cents don't know don't care it's a bonus. even without a bonus I still end up with $.50 a mile or better for pay.

What killed my score is oor. I get no points if it is over 10%. I was send home 250 miles empty to start on the account in the middle of a week and then put back on the board the following week. That was all oor and they would not pay me for it. The next week I was sent home again early 300 miles empty to start this account. I did this time, but those miles again not paid and added to my oor. The first week on the account I ran trailers from Laurinburg to Charlotte with no w/a. All miles went on my oor. My first full week on the dedicated when I got my Sunday beep, my oor was over 30%! I was told by everyone I talked to that they pretty much wouldn't change it and since it was early in the quarter it would "fix itself". As of today, it was around 12% which I get 0 points for. My score is 90.5 which pays $30/week. 95 points and up pays $70/week. Also, once we get over the target mpg number, if our mpg goes up we still only get 10 points. I'm at 7.7 mpg, so at least Maverick saves some money but I wont see any benefit!

You could see some benefit. I do know that my FM told me that it is possible to get over 100 points on your card, which means you keep getting points as the numbers get better. You can get more than 50 for miles per day and so on, so keep working at it. Yu might be able to close the gap on one number by increasing another that you have more control over.

Captain, he and I do not get our PFP based on Miles per day!! NC_Rider, my score was killed because I took a day off the first day of the second quarter for a special request. (This was BEFORE they rolled out the Dedicated PFP program to us). Had I known BEFOREHAND, I would not have taken the day off and would be in the 95 point range. That will teach me to ever take a day off of work.

I will never get anything PFP-wise. I plan on taking some days off at the end of July. Yep, dedicated definitely has some advantages but you definitely pay for them one way or the other!

If I got the miles everyday I would love this new bonus. But to bad have have to take some days off just to handle stuff at the house.

But I'm liking the PFP...I did great this quarter...but the 4th quarter ain't gonna be so great because I'm gonna be taking a lot of time off...missing 30 days (appx. 15 working days) in one quarter will kill it I'm sure...but I ain't losing any sleep over it...I get what I get.
