Does anyone know if there is a donaldson replacement flow through muffler for a 2007 t600 with a c15 in it? I have the under bunk single muffler. I know donaldson had stack mufflers for 379's and such, but is there a direct fit one for that big catalytic muffler on the t6?

if it's the same thing as the w9. like yours it was one muffler under the cab.

design wise i didn't see any difference on the insides between the high flow and stock mufflers. only difference was shorter length.

saw no difference in fuel mileage. but that truck ran mostly westerner mountains.

Its different than a w9. I don't have duals. I have weed burner exhaust and the muffler is an inlet at one end and an outlet at the other. Looks just like a stack muff turned horizontal. Only diff is this one is mega big because its the catalyst one. The w9 has the funky u shape i think.

Donaldson # M-100463 is their high flow muffler, the same one for the Pete's just a year less warranty when mounted horizontal, you can use the same brackets just change to 10" bands. I got my bands from my local KW dealer, TruckPro and Ryder have the best price on the muffler.

I have twin stacks on my Star and I replaced them with the 463 Donaldsons. They sound great (to me!!) and it seemed to rev easier but I didn't really see any gain in mpg. The power did seem to improve a bit (might be all in my head) with the old Catalytic muffs, it has to be an improvement.

100463 are longer than stock, the flex from the muffler exit into the upward turning elbow is eliminated, but that's not a problem. Been running with two underneath my t600 for about 3 years now no problems, great sounding muffler deep tone. Will probably be much louder with a single 5" stack.

Guys, i bought all the parts to install my new muffler this weekend and i have a few problems. One the brackets are too long for the new donaldson since its not as big around. How did you guys raise up your brackets or support the new muff? Also what part numbers were the new 10" straps? My KW dealer couldn't find anything for me. I told them basically give me the stuff for a t600 with a cummins because i don't think they have the catalytic muffler. If you guys could even post a pic of how you raised up the muffler that would be great!

I put 463's on alot of the under exhaust trucks. The catalytic muffler is larger in diameter. Just take floor jack under existing brackets and jack up... If you watch your placement and alignment you can bend them up just perfect to cradle the 463's RW
