What's ######## is Schneider changing the days worked to a MANDATORY minimum of 77%. It wasn't like that last quarter, guess too many people got the bonus AND got to enjoy their time off.

That is why I will never make bonus, I don't work weekends, so my days worked is around 71%. DBL flat out told me I had to either work 1 weekend a month or work Saturdays and only take a 34 every week. I made all other parameters for bonus. OOR was -2%. ETA to delivery 98%. Fuel compliance 97% and no preventable. As long as they keep this days worked % I won't make it, I am not giving up my time with my family for a chance at a bonus. I did that last quarter and still didn't make it, so I am not doing it any longer.

I picked up a loaded trailer in Warren MI last week. Doing my pretrip I noticed a brand new tire on the trailer. It appears the driver shredded it while driving and had to have it replaced. Only one problem, when the tire shredded, it also tore off the mud flap AND the bracket that holds on the mud flap, apparently he didn't feel those were important, so he didn't get them replaced when he got the tire replaced. I had to drive to a shop and spend 2 hours having a new bracket welded on and a new mudflap put on.

 

Can anyone in here tell me the inside scoop on the IC Choice program that is offered, is it as profitable as the website info says or is it just a cluster like a lot of the other offers out there are?

You are correct, like I said in my post, it is now MANDATORY that you get at least 77%. Note that little Y in front of the number. That was NOT there last quarter, so even if you only worked 74%, you still got some points.
