What is the best way to mount a flat screen in your truck?

    Duct tape

Kind of a personal preference sort of deal, plenty of bracket kits available through big box or electronics stores.

I bought my tv mount on Amazon for about $16 and mounted it on the side of my closet, you can find them at pretty much any box store for about $50.. I drive a volvo 670, took about 10 minutes to install.

Not sure it's really my "thing"...

... but I'd probably start with a nice dinner, some wine, and be sure to take my time before working up to the heavy petting...

    That's easy...

... I'd promise to pay practical miles and give a full fuel rebate with as many miles as it can go.... :D

I built a wooden shelf the TV sets on while stopped and just lay the TV flat on my bunk during transit. That way the TV doesn't suffer from the rough bouncing of the open road.

I built a wood frame to put in the tv compartment, strapped it down, and bolted the mount to it. I keep a bungee cord around it during transit to keep it from swinging out. I had a different mount set up before this with a pole on a Ram Mount base. I've had the same flat screen, 22" Dynex, for over six years rumbling down the road in three different trucks with different mount solutions. I am surprised how sturdy this flat screen is to last this long in these conditions.
