Spelling? I believe "breaks" is spelled correctly. I just used the wrong word. Brakes! happy now? I suggest you brush up on your vocabulary, spelling and grammar before you start picking apart these posts. I only wish I had enough boredom in my life so I could grade these posts....

Looks like you already are.

Not grading just pointing out that you can't correct us if you don't know what you're talking about.
-
I applaud your effort though

We're truckers, not Rhodes scholars.

Yes Professor. I was not aware that English Lit was a requirement for driving a truck. I'm sure we will all try to make it easy for you to understand. I personally do not care since I can understand what most is said. Of course I'd rather have a driver that's a bad speller and never needs to fill out an accident report over one that can articulate a perfect report from experience.Giggles the Original and Gold_Miner Thank this.

I got stuck on a scale that every tank driver at CCC has gotten stuck on - Tarmac on Phillips Hwy in Jacksonville. They pulled me off with a front end loader, just like they do with eveyone. But, like an idiot, I called the CCC hotline and reported it and they also put an accident on my internal record. No damage, no harm, no foul, just "this was an accident." I only found out about it when I started applying to other places and had someone say, hey, do you know you have an accident on your record? And I said, I don't have any accidents. Then they told me about the report, and I flipped out.
But it didn't stop me from getting on with another, better company.
And you can do the same. Because some people might say Werner did you a favor. You can prolly do better than Werner. -
Call Covenant, they'll hire anyone.

They also have cameras at most intersections now so that local officers can monitor traffic activities. I went home for home time a couple months ago and found a ticket waiting for me. They dont go on your license though since they dont really know who was driving the vehicle but you still have pay them.

The truck computer may have shown some hard braking or over RPM's. The driver probably wouldn't notice it while driving, but it's on the computer (black box).
