Almost had to go load a combine on Friday for AZ but was too expensive, thank god.

Heard back from WS engineering and am going to have to go with a longer wheelbase most likely, so back to the dealer tomorrow.

And no, they don't really pay too well,.but they put me right back in Illinois for a good cat load on Friday!

The only thing that pays well out of SD is cows.

 

I'm pretty sure he is talking about Louisiana (LA) not Los Angeles.

 

I like them to. I can always find a dusty corner that is nice and quiet for the night.

I stayed at one last night is Summit.

 

The back of cab plus the headache rack/cabinet will sit over the lift axle and may not have room for the neck to swing. Don't know what the next practical length is going to be, but I will not be able to run BC with legal loads anymore and I will be over 75' long now. Not sure if it will be an issue running secondary roads in states with length restrictions like FL when not running a permit load.

 

I wouldn't sleep for a week with all that running through my head.
