everyone getting loads towards Bakersfield when that is where I originally wanted a load to get close to home. Its funny you will talk to someone who got a load where you wanted to go but they gave to them instead when they didnt even want to go there.

Hitting the sack shortly, its finally cooler here in Fontana so I can sleep some, I called in and got approved to get some fuel, i said I needed 20 gallons or so, she told me fill up so whatever I will fill up to go 160 miles round trip. Getting up at 6 and will get fuel here, will head to my stop early and hopefully beat the morning traffic then see if they will dock me earlier too. Spent this evening getting stuff I didnt need packed so when i go to turn in my truck I just need to unmount my cb, take my nice antenna I bought to replace the one another driver broke, remove all my stuff including my tool box and road kit and get heading home.

I never even did the class to get the road ready kit, another driver gave it to me never opened, I should talk to someone about doing the class and just hiding my current road kit and keep it for my own truck eventually. I know just the air hose is kinda expensive

home sweet home. Before I even got out of the terminal this morning, was already pplaned on a load out of the house for Friday. Something is wrong. On the way to the terminal looked at QC and saw 10 msg waiting, and they all showed eta to terminal 1000. Oh well. Tried to get a mt for pplan and none avail. I know that the place that I pu are all preloaded. I know that I am not driving all over creation to get a mt when the pplan picks up 2 miles fro the hours. Going to North Dakota with a nice 9K load due Monday, I hope. No apt yet, but I think that I have been to this place, and they are 0700 Monday

Denver CO for home time with the girls.

We are going to see Man of Steel this afternoon, and tomorrow we go to Elitch Gardens.

I was sent a pplan yesterday for the 3rd when I come back to work.
But I refuse to come off home time for a 0500 delivery - LOL.
Got a call from a Denver planner asking what time I wanted to set my PTA for, so I told him 1200 on the 3rd.
When I went on ht yesterday the Fontana DM would not set my PTA past today, telling me to call my own DM on Monday to set it.

Is it hot down that way? You are about 80 miles South of me, it usually about 5 degrees hotter down that way. I'm at 87F right now.

    Sitting at home

Got my load unloaded yesterday around 9:30am, was a tight ### dock too, had to jackknife it in. DL asked if I would help them out at least picking up a load and tcall it in Mira loma on my way back, I made sure to ask if it would be a guaranteed tcall, he said yes so I ran over to Van Nuys and picked up a preloaded beer trailer. I had hell dropping my empty and picking up the preloaded, both tandems did not want to budge. The preloaded it took me several minutes to turn that landing gear too. Got on the road finally, got to Mira Loma and ran up to the TA where it took me awhile to get there with the traffic, got scaled and went back to tcall it, dropped and tcalled finally at 4:30pm then met up with my wife and emptied out the truck to turn it in (forgot my #### push broom on the back of the truck) then stuck in the shop and went on my way. Finally got home almost 9 last night, original plans was to be home by noon....
