    Happy 4th! I was going to take the boat out on the lake tonight and Saturday and watch the fireworks but they got rained out. :(
    One was rescheduled for the 20th. I'll go to that one.

    My last year on the road I was in KC and saw a great fireworks. The year before I pulled into the TA in Franklin, TN. I always parked in the back corner because usually that was the last spot left. Little did I know right below there is the city park. They had one heck of a fireworks show as soon as I got parked and I had a front seat. :)

    That was one good thing about trucking is I always got a good show even if I was driving.

    Many drivers will be. What you think the trucks stop just because the rest of society gets a holiday? Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, it don't matter there's always a truck turning miles or a driver spending a holiday at a truck atop somewhere out in this big old country.
