I'm definitely a night driver. .. but I usually shut down about 2am.. 11am- 2pm? seems to work for me..

I team with my fiance and he drives the midnight to noon shift. Its only fair that he gets to see something other than darkness all the time. He loves not having to deal with as much traffic, construction, and open weigh stations as I do. When it comes to sleeping in a moving truck, youll get used to it. We both have a hard time sleeping in our normal bed during home time due to no vibrations or road noise. Lol. I always use ear plugs though. You still hear the calming hum of the engine but not the noise of things shaking in the truck. Just watch for those #### deer. Hit my first one the other night. At least I can say I've finally gone deer hunting! Lol. Good luck out there and stay safe.
