I recently started with this company as I had read good things about them. I found myself looking to change jobs after I decided enough was enough with my previous employer. The application process was handled very professionally. I was given the green light and was off to orientation on March 11. It was a 3 day paid orientation and I was lodged at a very nice hotel with all expenses paid. The owner went out of his way to meet with me on 2 occasions to welcome me to the company and he gave me his personal phone number to call anytime I need a problem resolved. He seems to be a very good man that treats his employees very well. After orientation I was handed the keys to a new 2013 KW t660 complete with refrigerator, inverter and bunk heater. I have not been lied to or promised anything that has not been delivered. If anyone is interested in this company feel free to ask me anything. I am still in the honeymoon stage but I have been around too long to think everything will be perfect but if things continue as they are now than I may have just found a home.

Too bad I live in the wrong hiring lane, otherwise I would have been there myself. I don't work there and I had a great experience with them. Follow this mans writing, no bull, and the truth.
-
Where exactly do they hire from??
-
They are based out of KCMO they hire mostly from the midwest or an area they frequently run in.

I wouldn't do any landscaping at your new home. You may not be here that long. This company is really going to the dogs.
-
Well would you care to elaborate? I am very interested to hear what you have to say. I will admit that I am still in the honeymoon phase but I have yet to see anything that is cause for concern.
-
I would love to but drivers are not the only ones on here. One day we will meet at the yard and talk. Watch what you lose over the next 6 months

I am not afraid of who may or may not be lurking around here. If you have something to say then say it. If things turn south as you say then I will not hesitate to jump ship. Until things get bad I will reserve my judgement on them. They have been good to me so far.

Well it is closing in on six months and I havent lost anything yet. In fact I have gained quite a bit in my time here. I run 3000 plus miles a week, I have pretty good insurance that is affordable, I have a new truck that has given me zero problems, my dispatcher is very good and always keeps me preplanned, the people in the safety office are top notch, I could go on and on but you get the point. I could not be happier with this company. I am sorry you are unhappy here and life is too short to be happy so go find another job if this one is so horrible. I will continue to post honest information on this company both good and bad.Rocks, JohnBoy, Lonesome and 1 other person Thank this.

Good for you Rookie, Happy you found a good one. I live near KC and looked at them pretty hard. Just tell it like it is and enjoy the journey. Be safe
