I have to ask how long have you been in the industry ? Your profile says student is why i ask based on some of your comments you act /sound like you have been doing it forever.

 

First off, its not like I viciously insulted him. Second, it doesn't take experience to know that's lousy money, or to tell a guy that he's being immature for wanting to blindly jump into lease operating, lol.
