    Ya your right we add the last 6 days. I guess its just me that calls it 70/6. I find it easier to remember that way cause as long as you don't got over 70 hours in 6 days your good to go. Unlike in the states were you have to add the last 7 days so 70/7. Just makes more sense to me at the end of the day since I'm always switching back and forth between the rules.

    True as long as you have 14 days of logs and 24 consecutive hours off duty in the last 14 days if you recap.

    Another important thing to remember when driving in Canada is that cannot drive more than 13 hours in a day. A day is one log sheet(usually midnight to midnight). So if you shutdown at 03:00 after driving the 3 hours between midnight and 3 AM you have already used 3 hours of the 13 hours that you can drive that day. In the US you can actually drive more hours in the same day under the right circumstances even though you can only drive 11 in a work shift.
