got to love how they never tell you the correct windows, I got a load one day with 2 stops, sent a macro 22 since the first stop took too many hours, 2nd stop was due at midnight and I left the first stop at 9pm with 4 hours to drive, DL called me and said "oh you have until 7am on that one. I would like to know the real times to stress less, its not like im going to get lazy and take a lot of extra time, I like to deliver loads as quick as possible to be free for another sooner and make more money.
I hate that most of my loads this past month has been live loads and unloads, I hardly ever get a drop and hook these days.
Good night from...

Good job scottie ...
Don't know if the DD15 has the same issues as the Cummins. The Swift shops insist on topping out the coolant levels. On the Cummins this causes the system to over pressurize and eventually it will blow something, usually the EGR cooler.
Don't know where you keep your coolant level at. May want to consider keeping it lower, if you don't already. I keep my tank at half when cold and it goes to the max line when hot.
17.5K coming from SLC ... wind blowing right up my butt ... 9.9mpg off the QC.
Middle of nowhere ... yeah Nebraska.scottied67 Thanks this. -
nice mpg, my last load the QC said 9.4 and was an 8k sony load, its the company truck but I still like to watch my mpg and think like an o/o for the future.
scottied67 Thanks this. -
Swift DOES NOT service my truck!!!
My coolant level was slightly above the "min cold" line and I check it every time I open the hood. DD15s have a couple known coolant system issues (like dumping fuel into the system) and I was hoping to catch it anything BEFORE it became a problem. I checked my coolant level Friday morning in PHX when I did my pre-trip and it was right where it should have been.
On Road told me that they coded it as warranty BUT I may have to pay the tow bill.
On a different note, looks like I'm gonna have to take the bus back to Vegas to get my truck. In my case it's a simple business decision. Bus fare is less than 1/2 what it cost for round trip gas in either of our vehicles. Even factoring in cab fare I'll save money (vs driving) AND it's a lot easier to write off the bus/cab fare.Rattlebunny Thanks this. -
well, i guess this load went from drop and hook now to a live load. arrived back at general mills here in roanoke tx and said it still wasn't ready and don't have any idea how long it take. called dispatch and said i had until midnite to pick it up. i said it was an 2300 appt time last nite and have to be in loveland before midnite tomorrow. hope they hurry lol. guess my luck was due to change

Was supposed to come off hometime yesterday, but I called into the shop at the terminal to make sure my truck was out (I put it in for a few small things when I went on hometime), and it's at the KW dealership. Great. All of my stuff was still in the truck, so I couldn't switch into another truck if I wanted to. Gotta call in tomorrow to see if it's back from the dealership yet, and if not, gonna need to get my DM to get me over there to clean the truck out and get rolling in another truck. Trying to get a couple of little things fixed has turned into a big pain in the neck.

Fergus Falls, MN. Now up to 9.4mpg. Little bit of a wind today. Glad that I was not going east on 94 into the Twin Cities today. Lots of back ups, and no reason other than lots of cars, and could not drive. Mac 30 for morning for Grand Forks in the morning and nothing. Not looking good yet. DM even said on Friday, hope that they will be able to get me out of there, without having mt all the way back to IGH, which I will not do.
