There are lots of places on 287 North from Armadillo

 

287 is where I ended up in a picnic area since I ran out of time before hitting somewhere to stop

 

Do not know how far up 287, but Dumas, TX, then Boise City, OK, then Campo, CO and then Lamar, CO

 

I was at the picnic area right before campo but couldnt make it, pulled into the picnic area with 1 min left on my time.

 

bisquek... lamar was going to be to far. i made it to loves in boise. thanx for the info.as soon as i got to loves, i remember i done this road before due to i stopped here before lol.

 

the love"s sits off a ways from 287 though book says at intersection. i think the freeway is new and loves is on the ols rd.

 

Yep ... you used to have to drive through the town square and there was a funky detour on the north end of town during the construction.

Taking an 8 hr split at the Pilot down the road from my final in TN at 9pm tonight ... 9.2 mpg from SLC to here. Then p/u tonight and drag 44k up the 81 to VA ... if I get 6.7 mpg I'll be happy.

 

Saul Centre, MN. PU in Foley, MN tomorrow at 1400 then another stop in Eden Prairie with a final in Portage, IN. Had to take this 260 mt mile run since that was pretty much all there was in ND. Says a JIT load, plus 1, 0400 on the 10th, with a window of 2200 on the 10th. Good old plus one. Coming off the ramp here got to see this at the entrance. Then when they had the ramp blocked off while getting ready to flip it back up, actually saw two trucks still turn into the entrance instead of 1 more block and coming in that way. Forgot to say, a bachelor again for 3 months. Wife is back home visiting the family. Look out everyone. Nobody here to nag me

 

still waiting on my truck, called this morning and they said they would have the part and the truck would be worked on by 2pm, called up at 4:30 after doing my simulator class (100% by the way ) they said there were still trucks ahead of it and would be sometime tonight....
Doing a couple local loads tonight are out the door, signed up for the LCQ class tomorrow morning, only thing left to finish will be the mirror check station then im free for a couple months before having to get the log class done. Hopefully I do well where the guy will release me from LCQ fairly quick so I can get on the road and make some money, been down since saturday now.
