You sure do read a lot into things. Where did I say tickets were issued?
So because you allegedly got a ticket from a fool you're going to do what the fool says? -
.....Let me see now, you didn't get ticket for spending all hours in the sleeper, but I get warning ticket from a fool.... so what is the safest choice ????

OK,no more comments.

You mean i can't watch tv in my sleeper for two hours then go to sleep for 8 hours ? I mean no way that would ever happen right? No one ever spends ten hours in a sleeper .

I think some people posting in this forum are not commercial drivers or have only local driving experience. I got my answer on the 3th post.

Post #3 was yours. If you were going to answer your own question why post?
-
Where did you get your 26 years experience? Driving a Dump Truck?
-
If that's what actually happens, fine, you're covered. But you're not going to BS anybody by showing the same 10 hours straight in the sleeper every day and also using average mph in your driving time. Having been through an audit I've been told by the DOT man what they look for when deciding which logs to pay more attention to. Long uninterrupted lines are great areas to find unrecorded stops and thus violations.
