    Well I wish I had a better mom, she tries to do good but when she tries to help me, I end up with a Golden shaft. Either many $$$ poorer.

    Personally, I don't drive for them, but a buddy I attended CDL school with has been with Schneider for 2 years (went with them straight out of school) and hasn't had anything negative to say about them.

    But...... Now after reading this thread...... Maybe he has Orange blindness, had a nervous breakdown after orientation and doesn't know right from wrong, maybe he has been treated badly, but doesn't know it? Maybe it's Stockholm syndrome? Maybe....? I might have to pull an intervention on him...:biggrin_2551:

    lol, probally post traumic war syndrome!:biggrin_25524: I was thinking, to really prosper, and be ready for what your about to deal with bein a newbie in trucking now days, it would help a whole lot if ya just got out of prision, and were homeless, and needed a truck as a home, and no bills to pay, or family ya wanna see. Course in prison that food is free, unlike truckstop double price stuff, downside would be a diffent kind of lot lizard waking ya up in prision though :biggrin_25524: Also it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of a daredevil, deathwish side, just jump in that big rig and go whether ya know what your doin or not! Also would love to know what came of the story of guy didn't get home for wedding so dbl got fired and schneider got lawsuit to pay for wedding? Did that really happen cuz I just read it on here and wonder what came of that?

    I have only read a few posts about Schneider training being bad. The other posts about their training were good ones. If he wasn't ready to go on his own they why did he?

    Everyone got about 5 days OTR training,some got less, when your trainer says your done then your done, it seems to be the new standard there at Schneider I suppose, trainers pay isn't cheap and cutting it saves company money, you can just read my post I have whined to long about it and almost been banned from forum twice , so Im not going into detail about it all again just read my former post
