I don't know what is going on but it sounds like the bottom is falling out.i've been here 17 months and only had one bad month and that was 2 months ago.i was on those conagra loads and was sitting 2 days for deliveries.other than that its been like every other companys ive been with.ups and downs.while I was in Denver there were a lot of empty trucks(11 of them) so that is an indication that drivers arnt making any money.hopefully things pick up for u guys because I would hate to see good drivers quit.good drivers are hard to find anymore.i seem to be one of those drivers that balakov is talking about.i get consistant miles.if I didn't I have other places I could go that would pay 42 cent a mile and 2800 miles a week pulling dry van.but I hate to move from one company to another.not for me.besides im to old to move and I like my job here.

 

Rumor has it that there is going to be one less employee in Omaha after Friday...

 

I heard there is a shake up coming...just talk that I heard and u know how that goes.

 

Greg took a job in Lincoln where he lives. Hardly call that a shakeup.

Keep your chins up. I hear drivers from other bigger outfits saying exactly what you're saying. Only people I hear making big bucks are the ones that left FRE and still have time to get on here and try to discourage you. Listen up guys...they are not your friend.

 

The number of drivers on this thread is about 5% of the FRE drivers. You can hardly base your assumptions on that.

Yeah I stopped in there. Fueled enough so I didn't have to pay to park. Not a bad place. The restaurant is not too bad, pricey, but not bad.
