FRE is all what you personally make of it. Some people are gonna love it and some are gonna hate it. You can't allow the opinions of others dictate your path in life.

For the most part I like it.
Most of everybody is nice, I'm almost always home on time, they don't give me a hard time about deadheading me home a few miles.
They don't give me a hard time about how many days I take off.
I also like the lack of micromanagment

Miles could use improvement some weeks, but don't think it's going to be that much different elsewhere.

everyones situation is different, where ever you go, its just what and how much of the stuff you can put up with!!! Money plays a large factor in it. some guys have kids to support, some only have there selfs. your DM is a factor, if i didn't have Robin while i was there i probly would have left sooner than i did and for different reasons. so base your disions on what seems right for you and you will be ok. For those who may not understand clearly, I would like to clarify. I like it here. I am happy here except for the current lack of miles. I like Scott, Mark, Don and many others I work with and for. Those guys can not be replaced. I am only displeased about lack of miles for many weeks. Yes I did go home for a medical issue that needed to be addressed but to plan me only 1800 miles every reset in those weeks is unusual and lack of attention to detail.

Indeed a true statement, I feel the same way.

After my initial hassle of not getting home, I have not had too many issues with Greg. I am concerned about who is going to take his place on Monday.
