Ok just found on IN permit all OD/OS loads must enter open scales regardless of prepass...don't see anything on MO permit...hmmm....

 

If your only 6" over and no banners with a green light I would just slide on by. I did awhile back with six foot off the back and two off the front in Missouri with no banners. They never came and got me.

 

Yeah I figured going 60 past the scale it would be hard to tell I was overhanging. Thanks.

 

As a rule, ALL permit loads must stop at open scales regardless of pre pass signal.
One of my chores today...


Put it up there to keep the space that is normally for the TV, as my coffee pot resides there and is a LOT more important than the TV!

Depending on the day, I may be home still. Got INS on Monday, then a doctors appt while I am home, on Tuesday.
