flatbedding 1st haul

I did 4.5 years of refer. Just started flatbedding a month ago. I'm loving it!

So why do refer drivers love to park next to flatbedders?
Always happens.

 

They don't want their reefer to be in the shade?

 

They are hoping some of the awesomeness that comes with being a skateboarder will seep out of our truck and into theirs. I swear. If you park out in BFE in the most remote truck stop in the world, as far from the bathrooms/food/showers/any other conveniences as you can, with just you there and no other trucks withing 50 yards, within 30 minutes you will have that whole corner of the lot full with other drivers wanting to be close to you. We're like freaking truck magnets out there man.

 

He's pulling a load of sailboat fuel and the shipper didn't think he needed to tell him he was already finished loading...

Please for the love of god find me a broker that'll pay me to haul it. I called on that top secret government load that's invisible and magnetic so it doesn't require securement. I bid it out but they said it'd cost the tax payers too much money.
