I don't think this will affect the hiring process.But im curious what is the fine in everyones state for not wearing a seatbelt?

Can't pull you over for a seat belt its a secondary offense have to pull you over for something else first then they can get you for seat belt now that's in a personnal vehicle commericial vehicle they can

 

Please read your articles before you post clearly states that pa is a secondary offense meaning they CANNOT pull you can over for a seat belt trust me I know the laws in my state.

Yep secondary offense which is my original post if it was primary I would have had at least 50 tickets by now haven't worn a seat belt since I started driving same with emissions sticker can't pull you over for an expired sticker but can pull you over for a inspection sticker but can't tow you for that i had some local cop try to do I laughed at him told yea right i know the laws

 

A seatbelt violation will limit your options somewhat, but not terribly so. It is seen as a liability because people who don't wear seatbelts tend to be injured more severely in accidents increasing medical costs & the likelihood of workman's comp claims. It also shows an inclination toward unnecessarily risky behavior.
