If they always come in from the top right and down in the pic AND you designate and enforce the entire area in front of the docks as no parking you'll be OK.
Would a 53' footer fit?

After delivering groceries to stores and hauling equipment into food plants for a few years, that looks easy enough. I put 53s and a W9 into places built around a 45' trailer and a day cab. Don't always make it look easy...

If i have to sweat to get in a dock its not worth it. I would even try to get in to this one. If you come in in between the buldings you have to blind side it and by time you got the trailer wheel clear the wall you would have to jack it and take out a few cars. And if you come from the right of the dock it would be a nice swing to keep trailer off the wall then you would have a good angle but no turning room

Looks about like every other Dollar Tree store I did when I was driver for SNI dedicated.
Here's one in Tacoma, single man door behind the building jackknifed 90 deg to get in.
Had to go between the two buildings at night when there were no cars so I could turn around in the parking lot and head into the alley way between them.
Then go left behind the left building and back around the dumpsters (conveniently located straight in the alley where you need to turn) to get behind the right building and jack it in.(yes a 53')

A 53 footer, especially one belonging to someone else, will fit a lot of places with a running start
The spot the OP shows is not that bad, but wouldn't exactly be on my list of places I want to go to.ajdude101 Thanks this. -
Thanks for the responses everyone! Deal fell through on that space... I don't think this one should be a problem but I might as well ask.

Really appreciate it, thanks. -
Looks like it could be difficult making the turn into the parking lot even without the cars there, hard to tell from the pic what's on the ground there and how wide the turn space is.
