That is what happens if you forget to hit the upload button when attaching pictures. You have to upload the file to the TTR servers for them to work.

    Hehehe. Ok... I won't

Shutdown in Wytheville for the weekend. Going to work my way up to the J and swing through the Blue Beacon. Bad Kharma is long overdue for a spa treatment. Then it'll be time to find the ultimate parking space.

You driving this weekend? Then be safe, okay?

Do you get to park at the Wytheville lot or do you have to park at on of the truck stop or is it just a choice of driver? I was told that I might would have to leave truck at the Wytheville yard and drive to my house which would take about 1 and half hour to drive. He said that I might get lucky and get a load coming out of Richmond and be able to bring it to Rocky Mount Va. I live in the outskirts of Rocky Mount and I am trying to figure my options.

Not sure what they would do with you. There is a formula that they use, but not sure what it is.

I live about 60 miles from the Richmond yard and I usually have to deliver something local to be able to take my truck home. Local being relative, because sometimes I deliver to Sabra in Colonial Heights and go from there. I try to bobtail home since I can park at my house instead of down the road. Makes it easier to unload and reload my stuff. Plus, I don't have to take all my toys out!

Dropped at Sabra, came to the yard to see dispatch for something for tomorrow. Johnathon gave me an HP load here on the yard going to Atlanta for Monday morning. Gonna meet the wife for lunch tomorrow as I pass through Charlotte. I'm due home Tuesday night for home time so it will be interesting to see what they do with me when empty Monday. Be safe!

I picked up in Murray KY this morning and dropped in Madison IL this evening. Headed to the J in Edwardsville IL (or Pontoon Beach IL) for the night. Didn't realize how close I was on my 70 until got settled in for the night. I only have 6 hours for tomorrow and I'm not picking up any until Monday and only 9 then. Yikes!!!!! I don't want to sit! Wahhhhhhh! hahaha

Wonder if they will be able to find me anything tomorrow or if I will be doing an unwanted 34 in the middle of nowhere????? Have a good night everyone and be safe!

Not sure if you are aware but as of July 1st we are all limited to 1 34 hour reset per week which must contain 2 1 to 5 am periods.

Once you set the bar for a reset you cannot start another until you reach the exact same time the following week.

Example; you get home on Friday night at 8 pm and then leave Sunday morning at 6 am to start your work week with a fresh 70 hours available. You cannot start another 34 reset until 8 pm Friday.

As I understand the new rule it is possible to lose time each week IF you don't get home by Friday at 8 pm (using my example as an illustration only) again your reset could require even more time than the minimum "34." Especially if you arrive home in the morning say at 2 am. The first night at home wouldnt meet the required 2 periods of 1 to 5 am so you could potentially have to wait an additional day just to get a fresh 70 hour clock.

Of course we are not REQUIRED to take a 34 reset at all. We are still able to work off of recap hours provided you keep track of the 70 hours in 8 day rule.

Yes, I'm aware of it. I do pick up 10 hours tomorrow so will be running off recap hours until I get back to the yard (hopefully). I just have a few hours for today. I don't take a 34 every week. I stay out 3 weeks so I can have 3 days at home and usually get a local load at the end of the 2nd week and take a 34 at the house. Gets me home in the middle for a day and home time for 3 days about a week later, give or take.
