I was coming from the downshifting thread, more like a thread of heresies. I am a firm believer now that most OTR drivers are not good drivers and thats not an assumption. I read what they.post in reguards to questions.

You however, have contributed nothing to anything. Other than follow me around and gripe.
I have not said anything that is not true.

Again what makes you think you are any better driver just because you don't ask questions? Why do you feel the need to come on a truckers forum and put them down because you lucked in to a job? How many safe driving miles do you have?

    Go ahead answer away!

Ive asked plenty of questions in TTR. Miles has nothing to do with knowing the correct answer.

My MVR is good, but I hired on with a carrier and had an unhappy incident. I did not have an accident and I did not wreck equipment. The trainer kicked me off the truck because I made a mistake on a grade after a whole three hours of driving. In his world, I'm supposed to be Supertrucker right out of CDL school. I even went to another school and got one-on-one training. I got my training deficiencies cleared up and people act like I hijacked a beer truck and drove it through a nuclear reactor.

I can't wait to read my DAC. It's going to be like Christmas.

In the meantime, I need to hire on with someone and do the best job I can do. Even if it's hauling bulk pigeon #### 75 miles 4x/day, I'll be the best pigeon #### hauler you ever met.

You're pretty much on a tight leash with all carriers. In other words you cannot call the shots on anything unless your dispatcher approves it.
