Tarping is OK. Most companies pay you extra if you have to tarp. Melton pays $40.00

Check these companies (depends if you're in a hiring area though):

System Transport
Melton Truck Lines
Howard Transportation (150 trucks)
Maverick
TMC

These companies hire new CDL grads.
