When I am feeling down I watch the show. They couldn't haul a condom in a 55 gallon barrel. It's a TV show, nothing to do with trucking.

I wish the little gal luck. I wish the Kids luck. It's a TV show. The hippy with the want to be rig, your on your own. I AM a trucker, slow your mouth down. Kindness works a lot better than lip. That other dude, Nice bumper, must be good for pushing stuff out of the way. I have to be polite here. They hire your rig. They hire your body to drive it. Be nice, get it done. TV cameras are cool, someday the TV show will end. 15 minutes of fame can bite. Or starve to death, your choice.

Oh Lord, I am playing Dear Abby to some clowns. The kid in the church bus needs a break. He is trying hard. You other two, I don't question your driving, Just be kind, it goes a long way.

When i was running i looked a uship. Got some good loads off of there and got 3 direct shippers from uship. It can be good but 8 out of 10 times the load will never ship or it will be bid down so low by a trucker with no insurance or authority its not worth it.

Hello, let me tell you about uship. 1. the are con artist 2. they say free but yet end up charging you and the customer and you end up loosing money bc you dont get what you bid 3. they will cancel you as soon as you mention anything to the customer about the fees being high and offerering to settle up off their site 4. read their BBB complaints that just keep adding up. I have an entire list of people that have had horrible experience with uship. They have a total of 5 employees that all work in the same room at the same location from the same phone num most likely in someones basement and they are not reporting their proceeds to IRS. And if I have my way with my attorney we will shut down uship.

Another one post wonder with an axe to grind.

Well of course they will. It’s called violation of the terms of service. Sounds like you got caught. Did you expect to use their service to get customers and then just not pay them anything?

You got busted trying to cut them out and are now just mad that they banned you.

    truckon Thanks this.

I don't know how much of the show is real and how much is just TV drama, but I will guarantee you this. If that jackwagon Roy showed up to load something for me and started running that mouth like he does on TV, he would be back in his catmobile and gone with NO FREIGHT real quick. You don't treat customers like that, even if they've earned it.:biggrin_25513:

The loads they bid on, are set up by the ABC television and customer and trucker given a very large fee in advance. Those loads are only available to the 4 drivers on the show. Some of the loads, the customer isn't paying anything to ship because ABC is paying it all.
I got most of this information talking to Roy. He even stated that most of his profit is from the show, not from the loads. He also stated he runs less than 1000 miles a week and most the time less than 500.

    trees and Saddletramp1200 Thank this.
