In the one pic you can see 2 straps attached to the driver side of the trailer which I presume to be the winches.
Need better pics so we can pick this one apart. -
I haul Coiled steel on Flatbed and in Dry Van. Only had 2 times had a issue, Oce cause of a JB Hunt pulling out in front of me and the second was a Car did a U turn right in front of me. When JB did, I had one coil come through the nose of the trailer about an inch, THe car the back section came forward and put all the weight on the drives. Had to get a wrecker to pull them back and had to leave one in place since the hit made broke the bands on it. Then it was watch the weight stations and pass them when Closed.

front was allowed to move...not good. back wasnt braced good enough to let it slide.and before you say anything i also haul coils at times cant give them any room to move or they will

Yep, if they move, you did not have them secured right. No if's and or butts about it. You need to plan for those things..
So if that car or truck makes a quick stop you can too and not have your load shift..
