If that was the case then the trucking industry would be shut down for sure. I can count on one hand the amount of drivers I see getting out of their trucks and looking at where they are backing up. I'm sorry but I'm sure if its pouring down rain, that you yourself are not going to get out and look yourself.

If you drive for Crete and burn them alive they'll pay for your lawyer if you agree to keep your mouth shut about major HOOS violations . You'll go to jail but with a lighter sentence .

It amazes me how many drivers talk out their #####! DAC this and DAC that. The fact is the only incidents that go on your DAC is what the company reports, if they even use HireRight at all. Incidents don't automatically go on your DAC.

I know many of the mega carriers use (and abuse) it. There's a few out there (according to these pages) that report getting stuck in the mud and pulled out as a preventable ... even with no damage involved.

what the facts are concerning DAC reports. your DAC report is solely the results of what your previous employer puts on there Hireright will take the employers report regardless of what you say. When you dispute any part of report employer has 30 days to respond and once they respond all you can do is add a 100 word rebuttal. even if they have misinformation hireright will take their word over yours. This might not be true in all cases but it is true in my case truns out the only way i can get a truthfull report is to hire lawyer to force company and hireright to tell truth
