Change of training facility.

Don't know about hotel, but its generally one of the favorite terminals of our drivers. Decent small town, quiet for the most part. Stores and restaurants close enough. Honestly, you're better off. Training area is bigger and not nearly as dusty.

 

You will like Appleton, i dont know which hotel they put you up in. but from what i hear its nice. The Appleton Facility overall just seems nicer than most of our facilitys. The mechanics actully tend to fix your truck if it has issues. Well at least i have not had any issues with them fixing stuff.

 

Also make sure you have cash, and save the receipts for tolls. You will hit them through Chicago area.

 

Appleton is my favorite easily. Not crazy busy like Gary.

 

Probably the best place to train. Be ready for homework every night a d try to be sponge.

 

Yep, even though it's a long haul up to Appleton for you, I'd rather be up there than down in Ellenwood. The people in Ellenwood are nice, but Appleton is our best terminal, and it's where I would want to do my training if I had to do it over again. Much nicer facility than Ellenwood, or anywhere else for that matter.

Does refrigeration train there as well? I'm from the Chicago area.

 

U can anywhere for reefer. Your trainer or a other driver show u how run the reefer.

 

Yeah, put fuel in, press start button, adjust temperature.
