when i do live loads or unloads, i log 15min in and 15 min leaving. rest is off duty unless i'm helping which is rare. safety in fontana said i wouldn't have any issues doing it that way.

thats what I will do, man just looked at my check statement for tomorrow and its so pathetic being the week I was mostly at home time, after all the deductions its a whole $4.54
Of course im going to call about a charge, there is an "advance" showing for $44.71 which was the exact price of the hotel when my truck was in shop.
Do we bring up issues to the DM about pay or do we have to contact someone else?

Inot going back from Richmond to Oakland, I think you only pay going west and not east on any of the crossings. and you shouldn't be crossing any of the bridges unless you are going to San Rapheal. In a truck, you are probably 45 minutes away from Where you want to go in Oakland. With traffic, depending the time, maybe an hour. It's roughly 25 miles

No tolls going to Oakland ... but he will have a toll on the Carquinez when he heads out the 80 to Washington.

Pilot outside St Louis .. pick up tomorrow afternoon and head to NC.

Wouldn't it be easier to head 580E to I5? That's the way I would go instead of messing with 80... At least that's the way I THINK i would take. Not sure, now that you mention it, that would put you out just above Sac. It's been years since I drove up that way... 80 would be better... Unless you don't have any dough for toll. Then, 580-

no cash for tolls especially since my check was so tiny, I need to keep what I have in the bank to eat for the next week. If they will charge swift then I can do it that way. I know I will be forking out $10 for the scale ticket still.

Wolfy, call the hotel to have them fax you both nights so that you are sure to get the right receipt. Then get the P.O. number from your DM.
