That's exactly what I wanted to say but couldn't figure out how to word it correctly.

Yes. It will show points on the MVR (Motor Vehicle driver's Record) but not on the CSA record.

You didn't read this thread at all did you? We just had a plethora of quotes stating how only violations recorded on an actual DOT inspection form count against your CSA (and therefore show up on your PSP.) Regular tickets that do not show on an inspection do not get forwarded to the FMCSA for entry. They literally have no other way of knowing what you did other then that inspection form. And no, they do not go scouring each state's DMV to check out each individual drivers MVR to keep the CSA database up to date. That would be ridonkulous.

Now DAC, that's a whole nother ball of wax that we could fill another thread, hell another whole subforum, about.

Bottom line is it will affect one or the other it didn't go on your csa but dmv has it and now your insurance just went up. I say find legal representation and handle it that way the odds will be in your favor you are a proffesional driver and the judge will see that. They have your entire driving record in front of them. Good luck driver.

Lawyers cannot remove MVR points on a CDL.
