Can anyone tell me what the recruiter asks during a phone interview?

I had one yesterday and all she did was go over everysingle stinking thing on the application word for word. Then she told me about pay, benefits, orientation and the requirments they had since I would be moving there (Houston) from SLC.
    Its not a bid deal

    Rawesome Thanks this.

Jmo....go to an interview with the mindset that they need YOU,instead of the reverse.
It'll put you in the right mind,so you're not so nervous. Best wishes:biggrin_25520:

    Rawesome and Chopper1776 Thank this.

Think about what YOU are going to ask...... A lot of new drivers don't know what they are signing up for and sometimes end up upset when the job is not a good fit for the person..... i'm not knocking the Great Pumpkin, in fact i have a much higher opinion of their training than most "training wheels".......

    Rawesome and Nightwind8830 Thank this.

Well... think about what YOU will ask them. Make a list of all your questions about everything you want to know... and write down their answers. And get their email address or call them again if you have more questions. And don't rush your decision. Take your time. And if you don't know what to ask, just read some of the info in this forum and that may give you some "inspiration". When I first started calling recruiters I had at least 35 questions... :biggrin_2559: All the best and good luck.

Rawesome and cuzzin it Thank this.
