Where is everyone #2!!

Made it down to Chesapeak, VA and dropped my trailer inside the shippers building. They are bringing in the loading crew at 6am to load the pump into the container and then I get to wait for all the paperwork and Radioactive surveys to be finished. Then i can put it in the wind back to the motor city..... till then, I'm sitting at the Holiday Inn which was generously provided by DTE Energy

 

I was but then they called and said they had 3 more ready so we went a d loaded. We have to haul 18 in the next three weeks then we get about a week breather and have 16 more in 3 weeks then 60 in 6 weeks.

 

Nice, guesshome can wait

 

Yea it's nice to be busy. My wife is mad as hell though.

 

Are you loading in the Vancouver area? If so, the Sumas WA crossing is only 12 miles out of your way vs. the Truck Crossing and generally way faster.

 

Elkhart, Indiana in the EB service plaza. Short little jog up to Grand Rapids in the morning then bounce back to Wi. to pick up a 12' wide going to South Dakota for Friday morning.

 

Bloomington. I have a oversize going to Tacoma, then there are about 8 good paying loads going to ND on the board for Tuesday. But my truck is 1000k shy of the 47k that the customer wants. I might be able to pull it off if I stay away from the buffets for the next 5 days and go in with a light load of fuel.
