so they arent giving anyone a bonus for staying over a year until july 2014? im sure that will help them keep other drivers for the next 11 months lol.... doesn't make sense

If you say so my goal is a year anyways.... get my experience and move on .so far i havent had problems with anything i pick up on time deliver on time get fuel stops before i even ask and ive been getting 500+ mile trips witch equals a nice bonus at the end of three months hopefully after my three months i continue with my good luck and to be honest i think its all in your DM if their lazy and dont care about their drivers then driver is screwed but i got a good dm she takes care of me so i make her look good by delivering/picking up on time it all works out who knows i might just stay with may .. My trainer has been here for 11 years and because of him i got my dm and meet alot of other people that have been with may for years so..... So far its good !!!!!

Agree doubt they aren't. Old Man signed for a 4k bonus at the yr mark when he was hired w/ May a month ago. A company that changes drivers so fast doubt they'd drop a cash offer to try & keep some. It'd be stupid if they did.

still confusing... so they are telling the NEW people, that in a year they will get a bonus? so, right now, no one is getting a bonus right, since they have to wait a year? and then what happens to the people that are hitting a year NOW, do they not get a bonus because they just started it with this recent orientation?

The experienced drivers get 1000 every 20k miles so you could probably get the whole sign on bonus within 10 months. Depends on how hard you run. Not sure what the deal is for the guys with no experience.

There are things that can affect the bonus. Accident is one.
