    basically i need to know what they usually say. im trying to get the WIA to fund my cdl training but before they will i need two pre hire letters. normally you could just get some from super carriers but ive got a problem i don't turn 21 till September 18th. my old boss said he would give me one if i told him what to put in it. or if someone could post an example that would be great. thanks in advace

    i know werner will give you one. put in an app, then talk to a recruiter and tell him/her your situation, if your mvr comes back good theyll probably send a welcome package that includes a pre hire

    You need pre-hire letters from companies that hire at age 21 :

    Navajo
    Melton Truck Lines
    Maverick
    Howard Transportation

    Apply online with all 4 of these companies.

    just talked to caleb at maverick he said that because i had a 25+ speeding ticket 2 years ago that they couldn't do anything with me for another year. why did i do stupid things in high school?:biggrin_25513:

    i wont do anything like that again thats for sure. just talked to Michelle at Werner she said they are going to reveiw the same ticket and she would call back by monday. ive been applying to every carrier i could think of so fingers crossed.
