ow do you remove a steering wheel to fix the directionals on this truck? Is it a 8.125 bolt?

Use a regular puller. Most bolt holes are 5/16 fine thread. Not every truck is the same though. The puller bolt hole threads aren't usually machined too cleanly and also get full of dirt and surface corrosion, so you might have to clean the treads with a chaser.

Don't think you gotta take the wheel off to get the directionals off. Take the plastics off around the steering column and should be mounted with 2 * bolts.

If you pull off the wheel, be ready for a hell of a pop. When I changed mine I thought I destroyed the whole column it was so loud.

What do you mean by "directionals"? I haven't heard that term used like that before.
