    Every time I have tried to file a simple insurance claim form, the claim form ends up on the desk of some Executive Paralegal who spends his time concocting legal arguments to deny my claim and defend Landstar, Gallagher or other associates of Landstar from a suddenly, (after 15 years of honest dealing) nefarious BCO. I wish he would just pass it along and get it paid...Make himself useful..to a BCO.
    Landstar has become a place for all the trusted business associates and stockholders of Landstar to make a feast of the BCO's.
    It is sad. Landstar was a good idea..

    All right..game over..I am suing those ****.
    I suggest all the other drivers watch out because I didn't see this coming..this problem and I have been a top Landstar driver for 15 years. The way they screwed me over was just as cold and ruthless as any I have ever seen and for no reason..just because they could
    Get out while you can..before you find out the truth about this ruthless..cold blooded incompetent rip off company

    Yunno..dogpile..There is a thing called common decency and integrity
    Landstar was fine a few years ago but right now...I wouldn't sign on with them if they were the last company left.
    I overlooked a few things..I was busy but I am warning other drivers..I should have left when I was pulled over for a stolen trailer... improperly registered by Landstar
    That was a red flag..You are making money now..or so busy trying to avoid bankruptcy that you aren't paying attention but Landstar is a JackLeg FlybyNight Outfit

    Thats the way I approach companies even if I am a company driver. I never want to be part of their family and never ever think I am appreciated, or needed. I never get chummy with anyone and always keep the back door open. Companies care about one thing, making money. One day you are the best employee and the next day your gone because someone else will do it cheaper or you asked the wrong questions, or found out where they are cheating. I have been in both positions, in the office and truck and felt the effects of corporate greed.

    Why? I've had plenty of ##### points. LS doesn't piss me off, nearly as bad as CRST/Malone. What's the problem?
