It is not really hard. There are some challenges. I would say the weather being the most challenging.

Not so much driving as all drivers deal with that. The tarping can be rough in the wind and cold. If the weather is bad, most of the time you will tarp under a cover or inside, but I have gotten lumber loads and steel beams that was tarped outside in the rain. Coils will always be inside if it is bad.

oic what you mean, didnt know tarping could be done inside, i guess i have to figure out how to find out more about what is involved with flatbedding, never having done that yet.

That is when you get fast. Nothing like a bunch of angry flatbedders behind you to motivate you!:biggrin_25523: Sometimes if it is not real bad I will toss my tarps and pin them on each end then move outside. If it is not raining I would rather tarp outside anyway.

I will give you a shot of reality then.I never found on company website the bounty per recruit,No one here wants to be up-front about it,So I Will..Fact is no mav driver is ever going to give people the down low.And there is more recruting going on here than was even dreamed about before(pre CDL).When I drove there 14 year ago,Bounty was $400 each and the one who recruited the most won a Vegas trip for 2 plus sendig cash to boot.Did notice the woodhaven(detroiter) driver was there 2007 winner.I can relate and understand this entirely.$
